An bit of unedited test video from the Upper Freehold Historic Farmland Scenic Byway. I was testing out a new mounting point for the GoPro suction cup. I’ve been trying to find a solution that allows me to temporarily attach a forward facing GoPro to the front of my bike without damaging the paint. I’ve had success with the suction cup on the tank, but the view ends up obstructed by the windshield and front fairing. Attaching the camera to the fairing itself seems to clear up the obstructed view, but the vibrations from the engine and road are picked up by the camera even with image stabilization.
This is a great bit of road that runs past preserved farmland and numerous horse stables. About 30 seconds in I pass Screamin’ Hill Brewery, a local brewery that produces their ales with ingredients grown on their farm.
At 6:19 I have to pull over for a combine harvester. The farmers are usually pretty considerate with keeping to their side of the road but I cant blame the driver of this beast!
